Located on a unique harbour-front country site, this house was designed in compliance with strict neighbour viewshaft protection controls and as a replacement to the existing dwelling.

The house features a public frontage design for visual privacy and a formal entrance between two wings. A circular atrium re-directs the occupant to the existing symmetrical outdoor pool axis. The house features multiple bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and high stud living rooms flowing out to the northern outdoor living spaces. An indoor pool building was designed to frame the existing patio and tiered patios tame the slope on this part of the site.

The design features high pitch roofs with prominent gables, large stone veneer cladding with additional detailing, and exposed timber structures at the outdoor covered areas and decks.
