Three different homes on this site offer variations on modern inner city living.

The front home, the largest, is spread across three levels. Elevated living maximises views out to the harbour, while providing privacy from the street. Double garaging is accommodated on the lowest level along with a rumpus / bedroom space. Bedrooms occupy the upper level.

The two rear homes are two storey; one with lower living, the other with upper living. A single garage is included into these homes, with bedrooms on the opposing level to living spaces – offering good separation between private and public spaces within the home.

A common aesthetic language is employed across all three units – both horizontal and vertical weatherboards are used, as well as plastered block and colorsteel roofing. A monochromatic colour scheme helps to differentiate the materials and provides a crisp appearance of this home.
